1. Other Requirements

• Bidders are required to provide installation of the UV printer at AIT’s American Innovation Center. Address: 2nd Floor, No. 133, Guangfu S. Rd., Xinyi District, Taipei City (Songshan Cultural and Creative Park)
• Bidders are to provide quotations that list all of the required accessories of proposed UV printer model such as, but not limited to, the following:
  • External UPS component
  • Anti-static system
  • Table
• Bidders are to provide quotation that includes at minimum, a one-year warranty, including maintenance services and all parts.
• Bidders are to provide a cost for an optional annual maintenance after the initial one-year warranty expires for price evaluation.
• Quotation must include at minimum four (4) trainings (i.e., one training per quarter) free of charge directly from the manufacturer / certified distributor for end-users or the public.
• Quotation must include immediate maintenance and support should any problems arise with the UV printer during the one-year warranty period.
• Quotations must include installation and shipping fees, if any, to the following addresses, respectively. Please provide two quotations for the shipping options below if you are a vendor located in the United States.
