The Diversity Immigrant Visa program is conducted entirely online, including entry. Entries are usually accepted October and November each year. If you are interested in entering the DV lottery make sure to apply early to avoid any system delays. Entries can only be submitted electronically. No late entries or paper entries will be accepted. The U.S. Department of State, Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) in Williamsburg, Kentucky administers the DV program. KCC will not charge any fee for participating in the Diversity Immigrant Visa lottery.
