American Institute in Taiwan Auction
- How to e-bid:
Place your bid (Word, 91 KB) by e-mail to Taipeiebid@state.gov before June 14th. After bidding closes, all sealed bids will be opened by AIT Property staff and lots will be awarded to the highest bidder. Winning bidders will be notified by e-mail shortly after bidding closes.
- Payment and pickup time: These services will be available from Monday, June 22nd through Tuesday, June 30th between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Winning bidders should coordinate with AIT Property staff to minimize their wait time during pickup and all winning bids must be collected during the above times.
- Pickup location: American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) Warehouse: No. 100, Jinhu Road, Taipei City
Winning bidders are responsible for collecting their items or they will not be allowed to attend future auctions.
- Auction items include: Furniture (PDF, 1 MB)
- Note:
Items are sold on an “as is, where is” basis, and no repairs, refurbishment or maintenance of any kind will be done on any item before or after the sale under any circumstances. All sales are final; no refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed or permitted. AIT reserves the right to remove any item from the sale if the bids are considered insufficient. The buyer is solely responsible for removal of the items from the warehouse within the specified pickup time.
