U.S. Senator David Perdue, who represents the state of Georgia, will lead a Congressional delegation to visit Taiwan on June 1, 2018. This is Senator Perdue’s first visit to Taiwan as a U.S. Senator. His delegation will meet with senior officials in Taiwan to discuss issues of mutual interest to the United States and Taiwan. Senator Perdue serves on the Senate Armed Services Committee, Senate Committee on the Budget, and Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry.
