Pets of AIT – Oliver

I’m a black Formosan Mountain dog.  For almost four years I lived on the streets of Taipei. But I got lucky and one American family adopted me right from the streets! They named me Oliver (because of Oliver Twist, the orphan in the famous novel by Charles Dickens). My nickname is Joe Cool.  As you can see from my photo, I’m very stylish.  I’m a bit shy at first but I’m very sweet if you give me time to be your friend.  For 2018 (year of the dog) my wish is that more people adopt dogs like me. We are smart and very loyal if you give us a chance. I love to spend time with my family, learn new tricks and play with my doggie friends.
