We’re now on Instagram! AIT is happy to announce that we have officially launched an official Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/ait_taipei/). AIT has found interactions with our more that 107K Facebook friends to be both rewarding and instructive. We hope that Instagram will provide an additional platform to communicate with and learn from our friends in Taiwan.
AIT is particularly excited to use our new Instagram account to share photos and videos from the yearlong AIT@40 campaign, which celebrates AIT’s 40th birthday and 40 years of U.S.-Taiwan friendship. We look forward to sharing posts on culture, education, technology, and policy, and will use this platform to give our friends a “behind the scenes” look at AIT’s efforts to promote U.S.-Taiwan cooperation. AIT believes that Instagram will contribute to the strong people-to-people ties that bind the United States and Taiwan in this decades-long friendship.
